Would I be correct in saying that the coded version of the measures listed in the title is simply the uncoded version with the coding applied to them?
I think this is the case but I cannot find any sources that can confirm this.

Huh? You take the uncoded measure and code it to get the uncoded measure with the coding applied to them, yes...?
As far as I am aware, yes. Those things can be coded/decoded as normal.
Could easily be tested with something like 10,20,30,40,50 and the code being 0.5x - 3.
