Social sciences with a language course?

I'd ideally like to study a broad range of subjects, such as economics, politics, social policy, law, philosophy and social anthropology, as well as learning German from the start. I'm not expecting all of these things but can anyone point me to any courses that might fit the bill? (A*AA to AAB).
Thanks.

Durham offers a combined social science degree with german and Birmingham, leeds and nottingham offer german with one social science. Otherwise you could also consider universities like liverpool and exeter that do combined honours degrees that include german as an option.

If you have an A Level in a foreign language (doesn't have to be German), Sheffield could be a good option. I've linked you to a couple of courses that you might be interested in based on what you've said in your OP

Hi,
You might want to take a look at the University of Sheffield's Sheffield Methods Institute. https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/smi/study-with-us
There are two courses and they're both really flexible and interdisciplinary so you could keep studying a lot of the subjects you're interested in. You can't take a language as part of the course but you get 20 free credits each year which you could use to study German.Let me know if you've got any questions
