Integration A2 AQA 2sin3xsin2x Help

Help, I need to integrate 2sin3xsin2x so I went to the FB http://filestore.aqa.org.uk/subjects/FORMULAE.PDF

at the bottom of page 5 is the formula I require but I can seem to understand what to let A and B
Ive got it now found an uber easy way

Use sum-to-product formulae.
(A+B)/2=3x (A-B)/2=2x Solve simultaneously to give you your A and B respectively then plug straight in!

Surely you can solve two pairs of simultaneous equations? If you are having trouble, post your working up.
