Say, a uni (not top 20) has lots of places in clearing each year, and students apply in October etc for one of those courses, with lower grades than the uni asks for, would the uni feel they should offer the student a place to fill places, or would it not be important to them, eg if they ask for 280/300 ucas points and you have 260 or less
How important is it for them to fill places basically
