A* A B

Okay, this is probably a stupid question, but do you reckon there is any chance of getting into Imperial with predicted A*AB?
I mean, is there a small chance, or should I just forget it completely?
I would apply for aero with further maths and the B in physics.

Also, could anyone name any other good unis for either mechanical or aero engineering in London, apart from UCL, Kings, Brunel and QMUL?

Surrey if you don't mind venturing a little further out.

I reckon you'd stand a chance, particularly if you wrote a killer PS. That would be even more crucial than normal I guess.
You're definately in reaching distance with those predicted grades (I think this year's requirements are A*AA?) so you may get an offer...but it may well be A*AA for you to meet over the summer. It's worth a shot though, maybe they'll really like you and give you a lower offer :dontknow:

I think City university does aero/mechanical engineering, don't think it's their strongest department though. The only really good uni in London specifically for engineering is Imperial...the rest are decent. Try Loughborough though, they've got great engineering courses :yep:
