DSA - when was your disability last assessed?
I'm just completing my DSA application form and I'm on question 3b: on what date was your disability, mental health condition or specific learning difficult last assessed?
I have CFS/ME and I haven't really been "assessed" since I saw a consultant in January 2009. I don't need any on-going tests or anything like that. I have been seeing the GP and nurse practitioner regularly to discuss my symptoms, see what's changed, talk about new things to try etc. Does this count as being assessed?

Yes, you'll be fine. Your consultant will confirm everything.
This is mostly to do with dyslexia assessments which they require to be recent.
