can anyone whos good with spps help me with ANOVA, one-way possible two way???

i dont need that much help, just to need make sense of a few things, and if what im doing makes sense..

ive got three groups, one joint honours psychology students, one single honours psy and the other art and design students
we all filled out a questionnaire to score our emotional intelligence....

we get to choose our hypothesis, for single-way anova i could see which group has the most (it would be expected psy students)
but for a two-way i could do gender ...but im struggling with a hypothesis, like how the course would be relevant to gender....
im also struggling to understand the results you get on the tables too :/
