Good statistics textbook for help with SPSS??

Hi everyone

I'm starting a Masters in Forensic Psychology in September and was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for a decent statistics textbook, especially for SPSS?

I'm not actually that bad at stats but SPSS really fries my brain - I did a conversion course in psychology and honestly don't know how I passed it as I struggled with the stats in my dissertation A LOT.

I really need something that lays everything out in a step by step guide rather than assumes I know what they're talking about, kind of like a Statistics on SPSS for dummies

Thanks in advance!!

EDIT: I've just come across Andy Field's Discovering Statistics using IBM SPSS Statistics which looks pretty decent. Any thoughts?
