Oh, I don't think it's just Africans, my cousins Pakistani, I still think you should get it checked out by a GP, and if it's just an external problem, exfoliation/ moisturisation is good- Soap and Glory do this peachy leg scrub from boots, it's amazing!

Is the leg scrub gentle enough for underarms? It is two completely different areas of the body. Legs are less prone to irritation and damage.

Yeah, it should be, and it moisturises very well too, I sometimes use it as an all over body scrub. Just take extra care and do it gently under the arms.

Antiperspirant closes the ducts and swear pores. Leaving the build up inside, also darkening the skin.
If you just use baby powder, after a week or two you will realise you sweat less...
