I do hope I'm not as histrionic as it says. Although avoidant is correct as I'm feeling rather defensive now!

I suppose it is important to keep in mind that many on here are still teenagers/adolescents and will have such feeling and thoughts without any disorder. Such as insability of mood and emotions, feeling awkward in social situations, and so on.

I mean that in the least condescending way possible.

Paranoid |||||| 26% 50%
Schizoid |||| 14% 40%
Schizotypal |||||| 24% 56%
Antisocial |||||||||||| 42% 46%
Borderline |||||||||||| 46% 45%

Narcissistic |||| 18% 40%
Avoidant |||||||||| 38% 48%
Dependent |||||| 30% 44%
Obsessive-Compulsive |||||| 26% 45%

So below average for everything, except average for borderline. What makes it funny is that an incompetent psychiatrist thought I had a personality disorder a number of years ago (not taking into account other important factors). I know this isn't exactly medically sound, but does offer some sort of a refutation.

Agreed.

I can't do words properly, because I'm kind of angry, but just internet mental health quiz things really infuriate me (I don't mean proper ones, like on the nhs site or things like that, I mean things like this).

I know people just see it is fun, but it just makes me angry, because

1) Trivialisation of mental disorders/illnesses

2) People may start to be convinced that they do in fact have a condition that they don't have and that's not healthy - it can lead to self-fulfilling propechy stuff

yeah, I know I'm over-reacting probably, but that's my take on it

Many of you are plainly in need of urgent professional help. Please consult your doctor, show them the test results and ask for assistance.

Not really. You can't tell if someone is in need of help from a simple, yet silly internet test.

These conditions seriously change your life. If the people who posted their results gave comments about their life, then we'll have a better way to judge if they need to consult their physician.

I 100% agree with the above poster. Your view on mental health disorders is very narrow.

So true.

If these people had a PD then their life will be certainly affected by it.

You're not over-reacting, you're 110% right.

I have some kind of mental health disorder. I don't know what I have as I haven't been diagnosed yet, I'm going to CAMHS on Tuesday to see what they say.

These conditions are misunderstood, most people don't know how hard it is to live with one.

I was taking the piss out of the personality test, not people with mental health disorders. These tests are nonsense.
