Need a house mate for september 2013

Hey guys,

We have a room available in our house for next year, so far there are 8 guys and 2 girls (sounds daunting but we aren't too rowdy). We're a group of friends plus one girl who has joined alone so you wont be the only newbie to the group! The room is a small costing £89 per week off the top of my head with all bills included. Although it is a small room there is still a 4 foot bed in the room (not as big as a double but significantly bigger than a single - large enough for sharing haha). This also includes 2 flat screen TVs with TV licenses in the communal areas and a surround sound system in the downstairs kitchen (there is a SMALL kitchen on the third floor also). THERE IS NO DEPOSIT - YAY.

As far as location goes, there couldn't really be anything better.. this house is THE closest house to the uni at the bottom of North Hill. The address is 2 Queen Anne terrace if you want to check it out on Google maps.. The only pay off for this convenience is that we are next door to two bars, Cuba and BangBang, which are open until 4am Sunday to Thursday and 5/6am Friday and Saturday. Obviously some of the noise from these bars will travel into the house so it's worth bearing this in mind if you're interested.

If you're still reading at this point then you may well be our type of person! Our group of 9 are all going to be second years as of September but we will still be hitting freshers week hard and will most likely be out at least 3 times a week.

The two bedrooms shown are large rooms and are both taken however the rest of the pictures are relevant.
