Used to work in a sandwich shop and the best concoction I came up with was: hot sausage with caramelised red onion chutney, tomato and cheddar in a granary bread toastie! NOM!!!

Tuna Mayo on white bread or smoked salmon and cream cheese on a light brown bread.
I could live on sandwiches, my family call me the Earl of Sandwich on account of me eating about 5 a day, one at breakfast, one at 10am, one at lunch, one at 4pm and one after tea!
