Chosing collage, Help

Hi
Can you please share your opinion, I am planing to study this year(access to HE business) and I have been offered places in 2 collages: Westminster Kingsway central London's Collage http://www.westking.ac.uk or Lewisham Collage http://www.lesoco.ac.uk/

They are both in good location from my place, tough 1st is closer but longer walking distance from tube, but other is more far away but just 2min from station. I couldn't find much reviews, especially the second. Hope someone can help.

As I go the second one I'd advise you to go ahead for it, the teachers are very helpful and very understanding
