Health and social care help !!!!!!!

HI I guess anyone can help me but im doing health and social care and my question is everyone knows the legislations acts like COSHH etc well I want to put in my essay illness/ sickness but I don't know what legislation that comes under like is it COSHH or RIDOOR or another legislation and im confused because I wanna write that if a child has and I don't know has chicken pox they should stay at home beacause they could spread it to several children making them ill. To Prevent this they have tohave a notice of 2 weeks not coming to schoOll etc. For a MERIT grade like that but my problem is what ACT WOULD THAT COME UNDER PLEASE HELPPPPPPP PLEASE THANKU :smile:
