Sensory Analysis Dissertation Help

Hi guys, unsure if this is the right section to post in, couldn't find a specific dissertation one so hope its okay.

The title of the topic is 'Consumer acceptability of using salt substitutes in order to reduce dietary sodium intake.' I will be comparing 3 of the market leaders with a control group (standard NaCl table salt).

I'm having trouble determining which kind of statistical analysis/sensory analysis I need to carry out. There will be 4 samples in total, distributed to a test panel of however many assessors are required (obviously method dependent). Do I just do a simple difference test between the control group and the 3 samples? I read a report on sensory analysis techniques and there were about 30 so it's really baffled me.
