Qualitative Data and interviews.... help!

I am attempting to write up some interviews for my masters dissertation. I have to write the interview transcripts up in a really prescribed way and to say I'm struggling is an understatement. They need to follow thematic analysis in terms of their layout/structure to allow me to code them (Or to be seen as acceptable by university)

So, does anyone know how to get two columns on word, where it would say 'Interviewer' and a space and then the question. and then on the next line down the participant pseudonym a space and then their answer?

Also line numbers... I need them on the right hand side by for whatever reason my word only puts them on the left hand side and when I've looked at changing this it's asking me to open coding in word!
