help please - UK Constitution

UK Constitution unentrenched?
why? & what does this mean for the UK?

Unlike USA, UK does not have a concrete written constitution.
Pros: Very flexible

-There are no 'superior laws' as with a written (codified) constitution because constitutions take extra efforts to change

Cons: Uncertain

-No written guidance. Most of laws are from the common law
-Flexible (goes both ways)
