I've stopped using Porn quite a lot recently but I haven't stopped fapping - definitely going admit that porn has had a negative effect on my sensibilities (harder to fap to pictures) but its showing signs of improvement now that I use images rather than video more frequently

one of the big things that helps me, is to abstain from going on explicit material int he first place. you shave have clicked off it right away.

it's easier to not watch an explicit video than it is to stop masturbating once you start, so don't give yourself the stimulus in the first place.

once you have some porn on, then 99% of the game is lost.
