Manchester or Sheffield for Economics?

I've received AAB offers from Manchester and Sheffield for Economics (BSc) and I've been to the open days for both uni's but I still can't decide.

Sheffield offers a years employment experience, the opportunity to do a year abroad and has its own economics department. Manchester doesn't do year abroad or employment experience and doesn't have a department specifically for econ (its social sciences), but if I was to go by rankings then Manchester would be best and also the social life seems to be more fun there.

Could anyone give me any advice?
