Keele Physiotherapy

I am currently holding an offer from Keele University for Physiotherapy, their offer is ABB but i think I'm most likely going to fail getting those grades.
Anyone know how lenient they are?
I know Physiotherapy is a course that has high demand but is there any chance getting through by clearing in any university?
And does it worth calling them on result day even I didn't get the grades?
