How is Brunel for physiotherapy?

I currently am holding on offer for physiotherapy in Brunel and I wanted to see what's the general consensus for studying this course at this university.

I'm getting a lot of mixed messages I see some people saying to never go there while others seem to give the uni pretty high regards. It seems like most complaints are about the campus being dated and the Uxbridge area being pretty dead but I don't know if that's really a huge reason not to choose Brunel. (I also hear some complaints about the courses but it seems to be mostly about the Business faculty.)
I've also seen some people say that ex-polytechnics are a scam and that Brunel is one of the worst unis to go to but I don't know exactly "why" they say that.

I originally got a good feeling from the lecturers during online zoom events and the interview, and I'm also really interested in the modules that they provide for physio (I also don't really care if the nightlife is pretty dead)
I'm an international student so I don't really think I can make it out to any open days before firming any unis so... Any students/people who've visited can provide their opinions? Is Brunel a decent place to go to for physiotherapy?

Hello I encounter the exact same problem as you!
I hold the physio program offer from brunel, bradford, keele, and Huddersfield. Brunel was my first priority since they give me good impression in the zoom video. Some people also mention their good reputation of this program.

But I just heard someone said that brunel is not a good place to study. And they told me to choose bradford instead.

I am curious to know will you choose brunel to study physio?

I'm a first year physio student at Brunel and it's a great place to study. The lecturers are amazing. They are so helpful and supportive and I honestly don't have anything bad to say. We have brilliant physio facilities as we have a purpose built building which is also very new so we have some really cool technology. Practical classes are in smaller groups so it's very personal and all the lecturers know your name so it feels like a family. It also has a big teaching team so you are only ever taught by people who are a specialist in that area of physio so we are really lucky! They ask us students for feedback on all the modules we've been taught so the course is always being improved. The campus is pretty good as far as unis go. We have a lot of coffee shops/eateries and areas that you can hang out with your friends and there have been a few updates recently which is really nice. Uxbridge town centre has everything you need so no complaints really. And if you do want nightlife then there's a club on campus which if you go on the right day is really good
