Not told about maintenance grant.
Just got my letter through from Student Finance telling me how much I will get. The letter only tells me about the tuition fee loan and the maintenance loan, but says nothing about the grant I am supposed to get. I did initially apply for a special support grant, but my circumstances changed and was no longer able to get it. I got a letter back in March saying that if I did not qualify for the SSG, I would be assessed for the normal maintenance grant instead. I got my entitlement letter Friday with no information about the grant and got an email this morning saying that they need the evidence for the SSG I'm so confused about what they're doing. I tried to phone this morning but couldn't get through. Need some help please. Thanks.
