You are an idiot. You contradict yourself in so many places. Shariah and relgious freedom don't really go.

What bull. Would you like to explain Ahl-Ad-Dhimma then? It's a provision in Shariah for religious tolerance. Study a little bit of Shariah, and then come back and comment.

EDIT: I mean the original Shariah, the one from the time of Muhammed (SAW) and Abu Bakr As-Siddique (RA) - they're the only times i kinda know about and i support that rightly guided Shariah

I don't know what a Jennifer government is in it's entirity but being watched 24/7 by big brother doesn't sound too good

Basically 1984 = Too much government power, Jennifer Government = too much big corporation power. It's Hobson's choice really.

Thats hard but i'd hate to live in 1984.

But what if big corporations have political parties in the future?

Theoretically, I don't think anything could stop them.

And dark rumours abound that they already "run things". While I don't think that's true, it would be madness to deny that big business has any influence.

In Armando Iannucci's Time Trumpet Tesco invaded Denmark.
The sharia law on dhimmitude, while admirably tolerant for its time (except for polytheists and pagans), would not be regarded as tolerant today, since it imposes second-class status on non-Muslims with regard to their freedom to proselytise, hold government positions, and forces them to pay a special tax. Additionally, sharia withholds from Muslims the right to change their religion.
I defiantly live in Jennifer Government's world.

Just as long as it's in one of those 'socialist' countries

Oh, that's why in Nigeria a stoning for adultery isn't allowed to be stopped when people quote the Bible? Ooooh, tolerance for different views there !
