Argies being pathetic again - threaten Attenborough wildlife program

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/southamerica/falklandislands/11249654/Top-Gear-Argentina-row-could-put-Attenborough-wildlife-programmes-at-risk.html

Once again we see the belligerent and xenophobic attitude of the Argentinian government, with passive aggression and suggestions of jeopardising the future of Sir David Attenborough’s wildlife programmes.

Given it was the Argentinians that 1) invaded a democratic and sovereign territory in the first place and 2) encouraged violence against Mr Clarkson by not prosecuting or restraining the rioters, it is clear that it is in fact they who should apologise.

Moreover, if repeatedly asking for an apology from the BBC is more important than sorting out its corrupt government and poor economy, maybe the Argentinian people need to be slapped awake and ask themselves some serious questions about the legitimacy of their leaders.

Besides, how is a number plate offensive? What type of rational human being gets offended by a supposed date of a historical importance and a name of a Island.

The Argentinian economy is screwed. The argentine government promotes this type of behaviour as it takes it away the publics gaze from the bigger problems they're suffering from.

Naturally, the loons like to do it themselves.

It's a pity really as Argentina and most of its people are great.

Did you know that at the start of the twentieth century Argentina was one of the richest nations in the world.

If it wasn't so serious it would be completely laughable. I don't quite understand how or why Argentinians can't look past these propaganda statements and dispose of their government that not only ****s them over, but makes them look like a laughing stock.

Is a number plate of a car, that has no offensive statements about it, really something the Argentine government should be focussed on? Of all things?

"I think we should bomb the coast of Argentina"

I love how they were violent and threw stones yet it's us who done the wrong thing. Please kill yourselves.
They also have on all their buses "The Falklands are Argentinian", how about you say that to the British Army? We aren't busy atm, we'll happily come a kick your arses again.

Is that before or after they've sorted out the shocking state of their armed forces?

Was Barry Kent wrong? The stance that the invasion should have no consequences beyond casualties inflicted in the course of repulsing the invasion has caused the conflict to fester and Argentina never renounced its claims or admitted any wrongdoing.

If they were to attack again and lose it would be difficult to settle for anything less than a treaty renouncing any right to the Falklands.

Either, wouldn't change the ultimate outcome.

Does anyone in this country honestly give a flying **** about Argentina?
Don't quite get how the article starts talking about top gears behaviour when they didn't do anything.

They're not the most politically correct bunch but a number plate is way too subtle for them.

Argentina needs to learn its place.
