Can I apply later this year after I withdrew UCAS application?

I am currently studying Psychology on an access course. I applied to study psychology at Uni and was given offers.

However, as my course is now nearing its end I realised this is not what I want to do whatsoever. I would prefer to do Wildlife but that was never an option I put on my UCAS application. I have withdrawn my application. Will I be able to reapply when clearing comes around? Or is it best to wait until next year and apply again? Thanks.

You can apply using UCAS extra, or if it is available during clearing.

If you want to use UCAS extra, you must reject all of your current offers.

Just contact UCAS to reinstate your application and use Extra.
