i am currently a singapore diploma holder attending polytech.
i am trying to transfer to french or german university where the class is conducted in english for the first 2years. can you guys recommend any universities that fit the description and my qualification? i have no info right now so i need your help!

try freiburg university. it has a couple of courses in English if I'm not wrong... Google it! Munich tech university too I believe
