What is the possibility of doing medicine if you have 9 GCSEs which are all average (AABBBBBCC), but if you get great A level results (A*AA) in Chemistry, Maths & Biology?

It depends which universities you apply to and whether they look closely at GCSE results. The problem is medicine is very competitive so they may use your GCSEs to differentiate between people if they e.g. have the same a level predictions and experience e.t.c therefore others will have a higher GCSE profile. This doesn't mean you won't get in though, especially if you have excellent A levels so go for it if it's what you really want to do :smile:
