Calculating activity from absorbance?

Hi,

I have a table of results for yeast at different temperatures against absorbance at 720nm.

For example; absorbance was measured for the 30 degrees at 20 minutes and then 60 minutes. And same for 60 degrees at 20 minutes then 60 minutes etc.

A bar chart has been used to represent the data and to calculate the the activity of galactosidase for each tube.

Usually, I've done the gradient for the line and converted this into the appropriate unit in the past. However, since the variables are different this time round, I'm unsure on how to calculate the activity for each tube?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks
