Did anybody else talk about natural selection in the seaweed question??
i feel like i went off on the wrong track?!?

Air sacs means it can float to get light. Light is used in photosynthesis to give the energy for growth

For the sea weed question i said that the air would provide carbon dioxide for photosynthesis so it produces glucose allowing it to grow.... How wrong is that?

That's exactly what I wrote

The air helps it float to get light for photosynthesis
doubt it but i dont really mind if they do

maybe they'll allow a big range they usually do?
So how did everyone find the exam? I have made a thread.

Am I the only one that actually liked this paper?

Piss off 😂😂
And i got 60.3% i multiplied the 33.5% by 1.8. I put nucleus for the second last question and for the last question i said stops production of cholesterol
6 Mark Question Points

•State phototropism
•State geotropism
•State which side auxin is produced on on the root
•State which side auxin is produced on on the shoot
•State it grows slower on the side with auxin on the root
•State it grows faster on the side with with auxin on the shoot
•State it travels with or against gravity

im confused I put that the air provided the microbes with oxygen which is needed for respiration causing the plant to develop and growth faster

Ans to the percentage question about the birds was 50.3 I think

no it was 60.3

The air sacs make it lighter so that it can float up to the water. This means it can get light for photosynthesis which IS USED for growth

Hydrotrophism

I think there's more than one name for either

I did the same thing!! Hopefully we'll get 1 or 2 marks
Oh my lord, I got the percentage of gardens as 113.5%. Someone please explain what I was supposed to do because that clearly wasn't right. My brain hurt so much after that exam :'(

Unofficial mark scheme?
What did we put for the range?
Original post by kiwifruit99
for the adding up the carbon added to the atmosphere, i got 150 million tonnes

Ah I know what you did, the question asked about the carbon dioxide released through RESPIRATION which was 140 billion, you added the CO2 from combustion as well
