Not rounding

If I don't round during a calculation and end up with a different answer to the mark scheme (normally by a tiny amount), will I lose any marks.

Never round numbers mid-calculation, you are throwing away accuracy. You need to keep the full precision until the very end, then round, then write the answer down.

I don't round, the examiners do and end up with the wrong answers.
if they tell you to round the answer you need to round the answer.

Are you sure? It would be a mistake for them to do that.
What examining board are you doing? I know AQA love their silly significant figures and rounding in questions.
The best and safest thing to do is to never round your numbers until the end of a calculation when you are then stating your final answer. That way you have the true answer and as long as you give your answer to the specified number of sig figs, then they will have to credit you with all the marks.
