i am doing a two year HND course with the option of a top up degree after that which is for one year so a total of three years i have failed my first year so will be retaking ,how many years student finance funding will i get as this is a two year hnd degree then a years top up

You'll still get full funding for both the HND and the top up course, even if you have to repeat a year of the HND. So you'd get four years in total.
