Course Materials

I'm starting 2 different modules in March. I've received all the info for one of them (it was delivered on Saturday by a random man in a car!) but I haven't received anything for the other one yet (apart from letters confirming my enrolment by the OU). I would've thought that they would deliver both together rather than coming out to my house twice?

I tried to ring my local warehouse today (just after 5 so they may have gone home) but no-one answered. Just wondered if anyone had had any similar experiences.

Oh yes - unfortunately :-/

I received the materials for my October course the day before the start date. Then I got the materials for my February course three months early.

It's the strange logic of the OU despatch department ...

I had the same - I was waiting for course materials to come for two different coures but they arrived at different times. If you log on to the open uni website there should be a thing will tells you the status of the desptached materials.
