Can I do two Masters?

I'm doing an MPhys in Physics and Astrophysics, but I wanted to know if after I finished my fourth year I could then spend the next year doing a masters in Science Communication? So I would have done 5 years of uni, with two masters. Is this possible?
Yes, though you should check funding arrangements with the university(s) concerned if money is an issue.

I presume the MPhys in an integrated master's course, in which case I understand it's quite common for students to go on to do an MSc as well, depending on what kind of work they want to go into.

It's possible but generally not recommended unless you need that second masters to change field or something.
