Panicking for French speaking- holidays!!!

I've got my French speaking in a few days and i really struggled in my first speaking, I had to resit it. As soon as I begin my mind goes blank and I panic. Any tips on how to prepare or stay calm during it?
I recommend not relying too heavily on your 40 words sheet (I don't know if your exam board uses that system so that might not be helpful). Also, make sure you're confident in your tenses. For GCSE, present, past, future (using avoir + infinitive) and maybe a little conditional (if you want to show off) should get you a great mark. If you usually use your hands when you speak, do it in the exam. You will feel so much more natural and relaxed than if you're completely still. Think positively, tout ira bien!
