URGENT: need replacement tenant!
Hi all,
Due to long-term mental illness that has recently increased in severity, I have had to withdraw my place from LJMU because I've had to drop out of college before I'll have my final grades. I have a booking of a 1 bedroom studio at Vita Student Liverpool, £152 per week to be paid in 3 instalments. If I don't find a replacement tenant, I'm liable for the full amount. I paid a £150 deposit and I'm not asking for that back as I need to have this room given to someone who will be attending! If any of you can help me out or know someone that can, I'll be eternally grateful.
