I live in a 4 bedroom house on Downs roads in Hales place right next to the University.
The house also has 2 toilets, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, utility room and garden.
The house has amenities such as a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and television.
Rent for the room is 376 pounds per month and bills are 160 a month.

university of Kent - 10 min walk
Town centre - 30 min walk
