Hello,

I have recently started studying the above qualification. At the moment, I am answering some knowledge based questions on "understanding negotiations in the business environment". I have been particularly stumped with:

- Explain the features and uses of different approaches to negotiation
- Identify the components of negotiation tactics

And have since outlined the different types of negotiation tactics I can think. I am now looking for some examples to help further explain these tactics.

The negotiation tactics I have identified are:
Compromising
Competitive
Yielding
Problem Solving

So far, the only example I can think of is for competitive negotiation also known as haggling - such as when buying/selling a used car.

Please could I discuss this with someone?
