foreigner and work
Hello. I am a foreigner. I sent my documents to Naric and received RQF level 3. I became interested in electrical engineering. I decided to do HNC and start looking for a job. Then I will do HND and degree. However, every employer requires NVQ level 3. I have already heard that HNC will not help me because I have no experience. What should I do? Apprenticeship level 3 or do HND and degree?
