Their requirements are AAB-BBB (340-300 points).. so if they take serious notice of your predicted grades, you certainly do have a chance.

I would put down one or two "safety net" choices as well, though.

but are my IGCSEs really damaging my chance......coz i have C at First Language English..

I couldn't find the General Entry Requirements on the Surrey site - but on average, universities will want you to have a C in English and Maths at GCSE: so you should be fine. Why not email the Surrey admissions department?
