Can i get into Erasmus University Rotterdam with bad grades?

I want to apply for International business adminisztation at Erasmus university Rotterdam but my last year wasn't very succesfull and The brochure said, that it counts as 50% and if my math grade was not good enough i will be ranked on the bottom which means i have 0% chance to study at my dream university just because i wasn't performing well in that year. Is that correct?
