NADPH the same as NADP(red)

Just wondering if NADPH is the same thing if you wrote NADPred

I think it is. Can anyone please clarify?

Yes.

To explain more fully:

Reduction is the gain of electrons or gain of hydrogen.

NADP(red) is reduced NADP.

NADPH is NADP with the addition hydrogen. Therefore the two are equivalent.
