A teeny tiny query

Hello there.

Could someone please explain this to me, as I am a little confused:

Points accepted: 240 - 260
Minimum points required from qualifications with the volume and depth of A level or equivalent: 180

Does that mean they accept 180 points or, (as I've just suddenly realised it may mean): they need 180 points in Full A Levels and you make the rest up by AS Levels and other such things?

Thankyou!

Yes.
Or, in real money...

BC or CDE at A-level (depending on how many A-levels you're doing), and then you'll have to make up the rest either by AS-grades etc, or by getting better grades in your full A-levels. So if you got BCC from full A-levels, you would have your 260 points already, AS-levels aside.
