diffusion plan

so i have to plan an experiment comparing diffusion rate to cell size and i have to use agar jelly and see how long it takes for it to change colour from green to pink using pH indicator after it is put in hcl acid

the problem is, do i use cylinders or cubes? i did a preliminary exp and found in cylinders at diff sizes it took a lot less time but then i have to work out SA and Vol, but its a lot easier to do with a cube - am i just being lazy by thinking its a bit complex and should i use cubes as i would get a trend from time taken for colour change anyway?

its probably a stupid question but meh, :tsr2:

any replies appreciated

Cylinders, don't be lazy :P (By cylinders, I assume you mean petri dishes)

Agreed ^^ :P

yeah, i did end up doing the cylinders and working out the SA:Vol with all the formulas - thanks for the help
