Could could you tell me a bit more what type of tests and about group work please? Are all of these in 3hours?

depends on the employer but they would conduct tests like numerical reasoning or something. then the group work would be based on problem solving. the interviews are one on one but some don't do it. just be yourself and try to get involved as much as you can
