Nottingham Trent accommodation

*I've applied to accommodation before i was confirmed at nottingham through clearing and they had accepted me to stay at Peverell, as long as I just completed the forms. However, after i was accepted to Nottingham through* clearing, I received a 2nd Nottingham ID, and i could only generate a password on the new ID, which meant i had to rebook accommodation without any guarantees. Therefore, I'm not sure if I will get accommodation. Also, when I had the option to pay for new hall, I was led to believe you had 24 hours to confirm or it would be given to someone else, yet it was gone within 8 hours. How long will the accommodation process take, or is it a matter of waiting for emails to come through (I've also phoned them up 5 times and they're not telling me anything different). Thanks
