Hi!

I am having a right breakdown over my dissertation; probably overthinking it too much.

My initial ideas are:
1 - How has the increase of facial recognition impacted on our human rights?
2 - Use of digital evidence in cases of sexual assault in the UK

I feel the first will have a much more theoretical view - as I am hoping to link it to surveillance and power.

But honestly I am struggling and stressing

Any help would be amazing

What exactly are you stressing about?

Now you have 2 potential topics in mind, you need to start reading around them so that you can get an idea of whether they have enough literature background and that they haven't been asked before.

what is the law? whose theories are you using? what are the counter arguments?

if you're like me, you're stressing because you haven't done enough research and don't know the cases well enough yet. or am i wrong and you've studied these topics before? are you worried you can't bring anything new to the argument?
