Hi!

Im chinese and i would like to learn either korean or japanese. Im equally interested in both but dont have the time to learn both so i just want to know which one is easier to learn?

speaking*
writing*
reading*
listening*

thnx

Korean is easier to write but because you are Chinese, Japanese is probably easy for you. The only thing you would have to learn is the readings and kana.

Speaking and listening are subjective to the learner. Although perhaps Korean and Japanese is spoken the same (although that is a gross simplification for all intents and purposes.)

Depends on the learner. Its a mix of intelligence, native language and natural aptitude and environment.

Erm no. Japanese and Korean are non-tonal.
