None really, it's competitive across the board. However some may be easier for you to get into than others. E.g. if you have poorer GCSEs, focusing on those with just minimum GCSE requirements (e.g. Imperial, UCL) that don't score GCSEs otherwise will improve your odds considerably! Equally if you did do well in GCSEs, you might want to target those that do weight them heavily (e.g. Cardiff and Oxford). Similarly if you do very well in the UCAT, aim for UCAT heavy medical schools or go for those with more holistic scoring or who just require you to hit a cut-off that you think is likely to be possible based on previous years.
Medicine is about applying tactically, and all medical schools have different shortlisting methodologies. Trying to assume some general sweeping categories about which are "easier" or "harder" will make it more likely you will inadvertently apply somewhere that you specifically are actually a weaker applicant for because you think in general it should be "easier" to get in there.
