Hi, I have doubts about these questions

For this question why is A wrong

For this question why is C wrong because I thought that carbonic acid dissociates to form hydrogen ions & hydrogen carbonate ions which diffuse out of the RBC so wouldn't the concentration of hydrogen carbonate ions decrease?
