Foods for My Allergies

So I am a student, but I am allergic to eggs, milk, cod, wheat, nuts (peanuts, hazelnut, brazil nut, almond, coconut, pistachio, walnut, cashew nut, pecan nut), soya bean. Don't ask how I've only just found out because I swear I don't know what to tell you either. I get skin rashes, diarrhea, head aches and bad stomache aches.

Does anyone have any recipes or nice foods that are free from these? Living on a student budget means I can't spend a lot so I am kind of stuck on suggestions.

You can substitute things or just not cook the ones containing things you’re allergic to.
Go into a book shop and look through one
